Since recording and performing in London, LA and abroad with groups like The Factory and the Armoury Show, and in New York with Bop Apocalypse - composer / instrumentalist Lockwood has returned to New York to create and produce his debut solo album.

Drawing on his successful experiences working with producer / engineer Ian Brodie, EMI producer Howard Gray. Lockwood performed sold out shows at places like the Marquee in London and club 88 in LA with his own bands - Lockwood's latest project is a combination of seven songs comprised of electronic and acoustic music. What makes the tracks unique, in addition to the rich diversity of sounds, is the way in which the music evokes strong visual images. The opening track "Words of Love" and transitioning into the George C. Scott inspired song "Meat Parade", Lockwood's solo album is a mix of eclectic themes and sonic textures. The fifth track on the album "Devil in the Angel" is another image evoking song and the backdrop for a music video Lockwood created from pieces of a 1920s film. The album is then rounded out with "One of A Kind"... which pretty much sums up the body of Lockwood's work.

Lockwood has managed well in creating a unique sound of his own using some of the most advanced digital-recording technology and blended it with a vast array of acoustic, electronic and synthesizer instrumentation. Click here to listen to samples.
